POLITENESS!!,,, He is very professional, he looks you in the eye when your talking , and he listens to everything you say ... I've had two previous knee surgeries that were going wrong from the first day I met the Dr... Dr SHAH was terrific, well mannered, he was very concerned with all my issue's, he cared about me and my future .. on getting my knee healed and getting back to work ,and on my feet again. His staff was always available to answer any of my questions and concerns . They responded to my e-mails and messages on time everytime..
I would like to add my surgery went great and I'm on my way to healing up..
I start physical therapy next week and I should be back to work in no time ..
